Propol is a Fortran/77 program that calculates the open water characteristics of a fixed-pitch full-scale propeller for each RPM the coefficients of a third degree polynomial, expressed in the speed ratio J.
When decreasing the thrust and the efficiency by approximately 3 percent, the results can be used for a controllable pitch propeller without a nozzle.
