Pointwise provides hexahedral and tetrahedral meshes. Also these meshes can be interfaced in several ways to form a hybrid grid. Using Pointwise geometry kernel, CAD data can be imported from native and standard formats, work with both analytic (i.e. NURBS) and faceted (e.g. STL) geometry representations. The mesh and its boundary conditions may be exported to open-source, commercial, and standard CFD formats. |

The TrueGrid projection method conforms the mesh to the shape of the geometry.
